Processing Time

Every item at Carlton Parish Co. is handmade and made to order just for you.

Our standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days before your order ships. During holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If this happens, the current processing estimate will be posted on our website and/or announced on our social media pages.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or another shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Carlton Parish Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if you experience a shipping delay, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to begin a claim or locate your package.
