Q: How long does it take to create my order?
A: All items are made to order. I ship as soon as possible, but please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes! If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, send us a message and we can chat about creating something special!

Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: Absolutely! Local pickup is available in Livingston, LA. You can select “Local Pickup” at checkout. It may show a P.O. Box, but don’t worry - the actual pickup address will be provided in your pickup email. I can also meet up locally as well. If headed to pickup location, please wait for that email before heading over to make sure your order is ready!

Q: What if I’m not happy with my order?
A: Because each item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds, but I’ll always work with you to make sure you’re happy with your piece.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives broken, damaged, or with an error on my end, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can resolve it as quick as possible! 

Q: How do I care for my items?
A: For engraved wood or cutting boards, hand wash only - never put wood items in the dishwasher. To keep your cutting board looking beautiful, oil it occasionally with food-grade mineral oil or cutting board conditioner.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order. To see exact shipping rates, simply create a cart and proceed to checkout.
